If you are registered with a physician from one of the Thousand Islands locations (Gananoque, Seeleys Bay, or Lansdowne) please contact your family physician for locations of after hours care.  After Hours Clinics are held Monday to Thursday evenings from 5pm to 8pm.  All after hours visits are by phone appointment only, do not walk-in.  Patients can call at 8am or later on the day of the clinic to book their appointment in that day's after hours clinic.  Weekend clinics are either Saturday OR Sunday (6 hour clinic) or Saturday AND Sunday (3 hr clinic each), times vary from office to office so please contact your family doctor for more details.  WEEKEND clinics are all by phone appointment as well, please contact the office where the clinic is running for your appointment time.

What if I get sick outside of the usual clinic hours?

The Upper Canada Family Health Team (UCFHT) offers an after-hours number to a Telehealth Registered Nurse, who will provide advice about your urgent health care concerns.
